What is the right meal plan for me? How do I know which meal plan to choose?
Each individual has a different body type, calorie intake requirement and fitness goals. It is important to consult with our registered nutritionist-dietician first before ordering your meal plan so that your weight management efforts are maximized. Can I order lunch only?
Yes, we also offer Lunch/Dinner with Snack, which are perfect for office or school lunches. This set is available at Php150 per day for a minimum of 5 days subscription. Delivery fees also apply.
Do you customize meal plans?
We can customize your meal plan according to your nutritional profile or form you submitted when you ordered or signed up via our website.
Do you offer meal plans for hypertension, diabetes or other medical conditions?
Yes we provide special meal plans for specific dietary needs under our Therapeutic Diet Program. You may call or text our Therapeutic Diet Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian at 0908-863-7058 or

Do you add additional fees for customization?
Yes if the changes in the meals will require no carbs, no meat or no vegetables. Free if customization is minor such as replacement or elimination of certain ingredients due to allergies, medical conditions, medications, supplements or food preferences.

How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee is Php50 to Php100 depending on your location. Delivery fee is waived or FREE if your subscription for next week is paid in advance on or before Friday of the current week.
How do I pay? What are your modes of payments?
We accept the following mode of payments: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank deposit/online bank transfer, or Paypal/Credit Card. After booking your meals via our website
www.fitnessgourmetph.com, you will be presented with these options. Choose your method of payment and submit.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes. Credit card payments are done via Paypal. After confirming your order, choose Paypal/Credit Card and you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal website.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Payment in cash is done on the first day of meal delivery. Prepare the total amount of fee indicated in the website after ordering and hand over the cash payment to our rider.
Can I pay via bank?
You can deposit your payment via bank over-the-counter to the following bank accounts under the account name FITNESS GOURMET PH INC. Once deposited, send a photo of the deposit slip via email to
order@fitnessgourmetph.com or via Viber at 09173613474 for your payment confirmation.

Can I pay online?
You can also pay online through mobile bank transfer or online fund transfer to the same bank accounts. Once done, send a screenshot of the deposit or transfer via email to

Can I pay via Smart Padala, Cebuana Lhuillier or other similar money transfer services?
No. We only accept COD, bank payment, online fund transfer or Paypal/credit card payments.
Do you have a promo?

How do I use my Belle De Jour / NAVI planner coupon?
To use your coupons/card, go to our website
www.fitnessgourmetph.com and fill out the order form. Enter your unique lifestyle BDJ card number (i.e., 2019 00000) in the Coupon Code tab or your NAVI Journal promo code found at the back of your NAVI coupon. Your total billing will be discounted with Php500.
Why does my billing still have delivery charge?
For bank payments, the delivery charge is still computed into your billing on the occasion that you will not be able to settle the fee on or before Friday of the current week for next week’s subscription. You may just pay the amount opposite the meal plan in the breakdown.
Can I order for less than 5 days?
Our meal plans are available in 5-day or 7-day meal plan only. Meal subscriptions start on Mondays and end on Fridays for 5-day meal plans and Sundays for 7-day meal plans. You can also book for as low as three days by sending us a message through our social media pages or via 09173613474.
Why are the order dates available on Mondays only?
All our meal plans start on Mondays. Should you be late or wish to start on another day, you can send us a message us directly through our social media pages or via 09173613474.

What time do you deliver?
Meals are delivered daily between 6PM to 11PM (Evening Delivery) of the night before meal consumption for most of north areas and between 6AM to 9AM (Morning Delivery) on the day of meal consumption for south areas and office addresses.
Adjustment in the delivery schedule may happen from time to time, but rest assured, you will be informed ahead of any changes in the expected delivery times.

Why is my delivery late?
In rare cases that your delivery will be late, our dispatch will send you a SMS alert regarding any adjustment or cancellation. If your order has not yet arrived on usual time or within the delivery hours and you have not yet received a SMS alert, please contact our dispatch immediately at 0917-361-3474 or 0917-574-3474.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Please just advise us at least a day before for any change in your delivery details.
